Please perform the following steps:

Step 1 Complete and return the European ScreeningPort Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA). Upon receipt:

• ScreeningPort will reply within 1 working day to confirm arrival of the CDA
• a signed hard copy for your records will be provided
• ScreeningPort can provide guidance and informal advice on funding options, as required

Step 2 Complete and return the Project Description Document. This captures:

• contact details of the principle scientists and institutions involved  
• scientific background of the target and evidence for therapeutic relevance
• key project aspirations
• how the project will be funded

Step 3 (optional) Complete and return the Reagent and Bioassay Design
Document to ScreeningPort. This captures:

• the reagent design and production process for the target protein
• planned approach (HTS, fragment approaches, etc)
• proposed bioassay protocols (include primary, confirmation and selectivity if known)
• identity of tool and control compounds

ScreeningPort will then discuss the next steps.
