ScreeningPort is equipped to screen a client's own compound libraries, as well as commercial or public screening collections, as required. A part of the ScreeningPort offering is based on our access to a screening library of non-exclusive drug-like compounds. This collection is composed of two 90,000 sets of diverse compounds, as well as a focused gene family sets for GPCRs, kinases, ion channels, proteases and protein:protein interactions.
This screening library has a proven track record in delivering potent and attractive compounds as starting points for medicinal chemistry optimisation, and the mean purity of compounds in the library is 85%. European ScreeningPort also has access to a comprehensive fragment screening library.
