As a part of its integrated service, European ScreeningPort offers a comprehensive Hit validation and profiling capability as well as access to state-of-the-art Lead optimisation facilities. We can support medicinal chemistry programs, using either 3rd party or our own chemistry providers. With multiple assays for selectivity and in-vitro safety assessment studies, we are able to advance screening hits rapidly into fully characterised lead series. A comprehensive informatics infrastructure supports rapid data processing and timely decision making.

We have established partnerships, which offer innovative in-vitro and in-vivo systems for Hit and Lead profiling and optimisation. The critical path for Hit to Candidate developments will be discussed on a project by project basis.
