A fully integrated robotic system forms the centerpiece of the ScreeningPort’s in-house platform. Operating in 384 or 1536 well format, with industry standard liquid handling, robust plate handling and sensitive multimode readers, including the PE Opera high content screening (HCS) reader. The platform is equally suitable for screening 10k compounds in dose down studies or 1000k compounds in single point assays.

ScreeningPort can also offer to academic collaborators access to the capabilities of the nearby Evotec Screening Factory. Screening of cellular and biochemical assays is conducted in 1,536-well and 2,080-well formats on three proprietary and fully-integrated screening systems. Cellular assays against GPCR targets are supported by an integrated 384 well-based robotic system equipped with FliPR reader.

European ScreeningPort operates its own state-of-the-art high throughput Screening Centre in Hamburg, Germany. This facility includes assay development, screening, hit confirmation /selectivity and compound handling functions. It is supported by a comprehensive bioinformatics and IT infrastructure to aid rapid decision making.

Through strategic collaborative agreements in place with 3rd party organisations, European ScreeningPort also provides a comprehensive  "Discovery Solution" for academic institutions, including:
